How to Delete Your Account
If you decide to stop using our application, you can delete your account by following the steps below. Please ensure that you have backed up all important data before deleting your account, as it will not be possible to recover it once the account is deleted.
Step One: Ensure Network Connection
First, make sure your device is connected to the internet. You can only successfully delete your account if you have a network connection.
Step Two: Open the App
Locate and open our app on your device.
Step Three: Click on the 'Profile' Icon in the Bottom Right Corner
On the homepage of the app, click on the 'Profile' icon in the bottom right corner, which will take you to the personal settings page.
Step Four: Log in to Your Account (if not already logged in)
If you are not already logged in, the system will prompt you to do so. Please enter your account and password to complete the login.
Step Five: Scroll Down
In the personal settings page, scroll down until you see the 'Delete Account' option.
Step Six: Click on 'Delete Account'
Click on the 'Delete Account' option, which will bring up a confirmation dialog box.
Step Seven: Click on 'Confirm Delete' in the Pop-up Dialog
In the pop-up confirmation dialog, click on 'Confirm Delete' to confirm that you indeed wish to delete your account.
Completion
